Break Free from Autopilot. Live and Lead with Intention.

“Life doesn’t have to be bad to want to make it better.”

  • Danielle McCombs on The Opposite of Small Talk

Most people don’t realize they’re operating on autopilot… until something starts to feel off.

On paper, everything looks right.
The job. The path. The life.

But underneath, there’s a sense that something isn’t fully aligned.

That’s the work I do.

I help individuals and teams break free from autopilot and make more intentional decisions about how they live and lead.

After a 20-year career in commercial real estate, I reached a point where what looked right on paper didn’t feel right in practice. That awareness led me to make a significant shift, leaving my corporate career to pursue coaching and build a life that felt more aligned with what actually mattered to me.

Today, I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation. I work with individuals and organizations to create space for deeper thinking, stronger self-awareness, and more intentional action.

Through coaching, workshops, and speaking engagements, I help people:
• See themselves more clearly
• Challenge the assumptions they’ve been operating under
• Build trust in their own thinking and decision-making
• Take action that aligns with their values and goals

Because there is no one “right” way to build a career or a life, only the way that is right for you.

My work is grounded in conversation.

Not surface-level conversation, but the kind that creates clarity, connection, and real insight. The kind that allows people to see themselves and their choices in a new way.

I am also the co-host of “The Opposite of Small Talk,” where my friend Kristy and I explore personal growth, connection, and what it really means to live and lead intentionally. The podcast is an extension of my work and reflects my belief that meaningful conversations can shift how we see ourselves and the world around us.

In organizations, this work leads to stronger leadership, more effective communication, and more engaged teams. When people are clear, confident, and connected to their values, performance and impact follow.

I am especially passionate about working with mission-driven organizations, including those in affordable housing, where aligned and self-aware leadership has a ripple effect far beyond the workplace.

At the core of everything I do is a simple belief:

People are far more capable, powerful, and self-aware than they’ve been led to believe.

Sometimes they just need the space—and the right conversation—to see it.

If you’re ready to break free from autopilot and create a more intentional way of living or leading, I’d love to connect.
